As part of the “România Eficientă” programme, I coordinate energy renovation projects to nZEB standards for public education facilities, covering bid evaluation, execution monitoring, and technical compliance assurance.

Previously, I managed major investments in education and industry, including the development of the Deutsche Schule Bukarest campus and highly complex industrial projects.
