Organisational Development Manager

Alex is EPG’s Organisational Development Manager, helping shape how the organisation plans, decides, and collaborates.

Drawing on more than seven years in parliamentary and other international roles, he focuses on improving how people and systems work together to achieve EPG’s objectives.

At EPG, he steers organisation-wide planning, strengthens internal processes, and partners with colleagues and external experts on HR, finance, governance, and change initiatives. He has played a central role in updating the organisation’s mission, brand, and ways of working to support long-term growth.

Alex holds a Master’s in Comparative Politics, Administration, and Society from Radboud University in the Netherlands and is known for a pragmatic, problem-solving approach that brings clarity and lasting results.
