
Theodor Bratosin
Associate
Theodor Bratosin is an Associate within the Clean Economy Department. He focuses on building decarbonisation and the delivery of sustainable design across the built environment, with experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, and educational sectors. His expertise includes building physics, operational energy, and HVAC optimisation.
He is currently involved in the REDESIGN project, supporting the development of a local-level renovation plan by identifying the worst-performing buildings and proposing targeted energy efficiency measures.
Theodor holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Building Services Engineering from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University, and completed an Erasmus internship during his Master’s at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
