Aura Oancea

Team Lead

Aura Oancea leads the Buildings and Cities, where she coordinates the research activities, and project planning. Her expertise includes building decarbonisation, with a focus on policies that improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions in the built environment, and across the value chain.

Previously, she worked with the Romanian Order of Architects and studied Sustainable Heritage Management at Aarhus University and University of Oslo, and Architecture at the University of Architecture and Urbanism Ion Mincu.
