Adela Ștefan

Intern

Adela is a legal advisor with professional experience in renewable energy and is also a part-time intern in the Buildings and Cities Department at EPG. Her work engages with the intersection of energy, the built environment and regulatory frameworks, drawing on both legal and policy perspectives. She has previously worked in real estate and urban development, gaining practical insight into planning processes and the legal dimensions of cities and infrastructure.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Bucharest and is a graduate of the Franco-Romanian Legal College of European Studies. Adela is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Policy for Energy, Climate Change and Sustainability, with academic interests centred on energy governance, regulatory policy and sustainable urban development.
